A)FUNCTIONAL DELIVERABLES

  1. Responsible for executing and supporting end-to-end payroll processing and related customer services ensuring Payroll compliances and HR processes

  2. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, Full and final settlement's etc.

  3. Assist in the preparation of payroll-related SOP's , documentation for audits and internal controls . To handle internal and external audits 

  4. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to payroll processes.

  5. Drive Payroll transitions from one Payroll system to another system.

  6. Payroll transition planning and execution , data migration , System testing and quality assurance and implementations.

  7. Monitor quality of the Payroll function, feedbacks and Continuous process improvements.

  8. Generate payroll reports, dashboards, and MIS for management and compliance teams.

  9. Payroll Accounting , reconciliation of payroll related accounts.
