Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Weighment Supervisor located in Chennai. The Weighment Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operations of weighments, managing documentation, and following proper procedures during weighing activities. You will ensure accuracy in records, compliance with company protocols, and collaborate with operational teams to maintain smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operational tasks such as weighment handling and documentation management
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate measurements and data recording
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry processes
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to oversee operations and coordinate with staff
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in industrial settings
• Previous experience in a similar role or in warehouse/supervisory operations is advantageous
• High school diploma required; additional certifications in logistics or operations will be a plus
