We Avec U Group is a pioneering organization committed to advancing mental health and behavioral sciences through evidence-based care, innovative research, and comprehensive education. Our multidisciplinary team works at the intersection of clinical psychology, neuroscience, behavioral science, and community engagement to deliver impactful mental health services and programs.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Noida team. This role is pivotal in driving sales of our clinical services and certification programs, expanding our reach in the mental health sector, and building lasting relationships with healthcare providers and organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development:
Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for clinical services and certification offerings. Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients in the healthcare and mental health sectors. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders to support organizational goals. - Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing directly to the growth and sustainability of We Avec U Group's services. - Sales Strategy & Market Research:
Design and implement strategic sales plans aligned with market trends and organizational objectives. Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging client needs and competitive positioning. - Reporting & Collaboration:
Prepare comprehensive sales reports and present insights to senior management. Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to enhance outreach activities, lead generation, and promotional campaigns. - Advocacy & Ethics:
Act as an ambassador for mental health awareness within the sales process. Ensure all sales activities comply with ethical guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory standards specific to mental health services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or higher qualification in mental health, healthcare, or business is highly desirable. - Experience:
2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the healthcare, mental health, or related sectors. Proven success in clinical sales and certification program sales is essential. - Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to professional healthcare audiences and decision-makers. - Sales Expertise:
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client management skills with a results-oriented approach. Ability to craft and execute effective sales strategies. - Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software for sales tracking and client management. - Teamwork:
Capable of working independently and engaging collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. - Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of mental health industry standards, ethical business practices, confidentiality protocols, clinical workflows, certification processes, and licensure regulations is a significant advantage.
