Responsibilities

Define and refine product roadmap for identity, policy, and authorization controls in AI and agentic systems.

Translate customer and security requirements into clear product specs, PRDs, and user stories.

Collaborate with engineering to deliver runtime guardrails, adaptive access, and identity-aware AI security features.

Conduct competitive analysis across IAM, ZTNA, policy engines, and AI security products.

Prototype workflows and concepts using Lovable, Replit, or Figma for early validation.

Support customer demos, POCs, and onboarding with strong domain and product expertise.

Drive execution with bias for action, ensuring fast iteration and learning loops.

Required Skills and Experience

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (minimum).

Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, IAM-specific) are a strong plus.

Master's in Technology or MBA preferred but not mandatory.

3–4 years of product management or product ownership in cybersecurity (IAM, PAM, ZTNA, policy enforcement).

Strong knowledge of policy-as-code and authorization frameworks (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT).

Exposure to or strong curiosity about AI/agentic AI security risks (prompt injection, data leakage, identity spoofing).

Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (Lovable, Replit, Figma, Bolt).

Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex security concepts into usable product features.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About Job Role

As a Product Manager at , you'll join a fast-paced team building AI security and policy-as-code solutions for enterprises adopting AI and agentic systems. You'll work directly with the VP of Product and collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to shape and deliver features that protect enterprises against emerging AI risks. This is a high-ownership role with exposure to enterprise customers, cutting-edge AI challenges, and startup execution.
