Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled
DevOps Engineer
to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for managing and improving our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and system reliability for our SaaS-based CRM platform. This is an on-site role located in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS,GCP,Azure
  • Deploy, manage, and scale workloads on EKS,GKE
  • Automate build, deployment, and monitoring using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins / GitLab CI/CD)
  • Manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
  • Ensure security best practices and compliance in the DevOps lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot production issues across multiple environments and layers (network, infrastructure, application)
  • Collaborate closely with the development team (PHP, React) for seamless deployments

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer
  • Strong hands-on experience with:

Any Cloud Services

Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and containerization using Docker

CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions / Jenkins / GitLab CI/CD)

Linux and Scripting

  • Familiarity with networking, load balancers, and security groups
  • Knowledge of web servers (Apache HTTP Server / Nginx)
  • Exposure to MySQL or similar RDBMS for basic administration and troubleshooting
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar are a plus
