Senior Manager University Alliances

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to lead our university partnerships and institutional collaborations. The Senior Manager – University Alliances will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with academic institutions across India, with the goal of integrating our industry-aligned Supply Chain Management (SCM) programs into their curriculum through credit-based, co-branded, or collaborative formats.

•    Identify and engage with universities, colleges, and higher education institutions to promote partnerships focused on SCM education.

•    Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle: outreach, pitch, negotiation, MoU signing, program planning, and implementation.

•    Collaborate with internal teams (product, curriculum, delivery) to tailor SCM programs suitable for academic integration.

•    Manage academic stakeholder relationships and ensure successful rollout of joint programs.

•    Represent the organization at academic events, seminars, and conferences to build visibility and trust within the education ecosystem.

•    Monitor performance and feedback from institutional partners to optimize program quality and alignment.

•    Ensure compliance with UGC/AICTE or other academic regulations where applicable.

•    Track and report key metrics including partnership pipeline, program adoption, student enrollment, and impact.
