Plastic moulder

We have an immediate requirement of Plastic Moulder at , Marathahalli ,Bangalore.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma in Plastics or ITI Fitters
• Experience: Min 1 to 5 years.
• Gender : Male and Female
• Salary for /- per month.
• Immediate joiners and local candidates are preferred .

Job Description:

• Operate plastic injection moulding machines to produce components as per specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor moulding machine parameters for optimal production quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality deviations.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of moulding machinery.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Handle mould changes and assist in machine troubleshooting.
• Maintain daily production reports and ensure target outputs are met.
• Collaborate with supervisors and the quality team to resolve production issues.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, tools, and moulds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹280, ₹300,000.00 per year
