Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Assistant Manager/Executive, located in Tiruppur Taluka & Erode. The HR Assistant Manager/Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role will also involve developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating training sessions, and supporting management in HR-related decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Knowledge of performance management processes and techniques
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies
- Experience in coordinating training sessions and HR programs
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is a plus
