Job description:

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on desktops/laptops.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
  • Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support across the company (in-person or over the phone).
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary
