Android Developer

Role: Senior Flutter Developer

Duration: 6 Months (Onsite) Ongole, Andhra Pradesh

Experience Level: 5+ Years (with minimum 3 years in Flutter)

Key Responsibilities

1. Mobile App Development

Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android).

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and industry standards.

Optimize app performance for speed, memory usage, and responsiveness.

1. Architecture & Design

Define and implement app architecture (MVVM, BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).

Ensure proper use of State Management, Dependency Injection, and Modularization.

Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect Flutter code.

1. API & Database Integration

Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.

Work with local databases (SQLite, Hive, Moor) and cloud storage (Firebase, AWS, etc.).

Implement offline-first strategies and caching mechanisms.

1. Testing & Quality Assurance

Write and maintain unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests.

Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security.

Debug and fix bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.

1. Deployment & CI/CD

Manage builds and deployments to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Jenkins).

Ensure compliance with App Store & Play Store guidelines.

1. Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum methodology.

1. Security & Compliance

Implement secure authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT, Firebase Auth).

Ensure data protection, encryption, and GDPR compliance.

Proactively identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.

1. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain technical documentation, API contracts, and release notes.

Provide progress reports and project updates to stakeholders.

Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions within the team.

Must-Have Skills

Strong expertise in Dart & Flutter framework.

Experience with State Management (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, GetX, etc.).

Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, GraphQL.

Experience in CI/CD, Git, Agile/Scrum.

Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C).

Experience with Push Notifications (FCM, OneSignal, APNs).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Hands-on experience with app analytics & monitoring tools (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Sentry).
