Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to join our in-house creative team. You'll play a key role in crafting visually compelling content across digital and print platforms, helping bring the Rubans aesthetic to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging creatives for
    social media
    ,
    email campaigns
    ,
    website banners
    ,
    product launches
    , and
    ads
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align designs with brand and campaign goals
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels while experimenting with fresh, fashion-forward design concepts
  • Support design needs for packaging, lookbooks, catalogues, offline collateral, etc.
  • Stay updated with design, fashion, and digital trends to bring fresh perspectives
  • Work on photo editing, retouching, and layout design as needed

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the
    fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and social media content
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus)
  • Basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing is a plus
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for aesthetics and typography
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
