Role Description
  1. Ensuring quality and time-efficient production of documents
  2. Ensure all process tasks are completed
  3. Ensure self and team are escalating critical issues to Department Head/Lead thereby ensuring a seamless process flow
  4. Provide ideas to remove complexity and increase productivity by process improvement/lean processes.
  5. Contribute actively in documenting procedures and work instructions.
  6. Actively ensure that the team always engages positively with any stakeholders and maintains a high service level
  7. Ensure data integrity and strict adherence to SLAs
  8. Own, coordinate and delegate work as required
  9. Work across functions to identify root cause to breaks and contribute to finding resolutions
  10. Support team members in the completion of assignments.
  11. Back-up in all other areas as needed.
Technical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions
  • Strong personal computer skills and knowledge of other office equipment
Nice-to-have skills Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 0 - 3 years of related experience, preferably in Retail/Commercial Banking operation, Treasury operations, or Account opening and maintenance
