*Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Purchase Manager with an engineering background to join our team at Cosmos, a leading CNC machine manufacturer in Vadodara. You'll lead our procurement function, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and supplier relationship management.

*Key Responsibilities:*

    • *Strategic Sourcing:* Develop and implement procurement strategies for capital goods, Project related, components, and services.
    • *Supplier Management:* Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
    • *Contract Negotiation:* Negotiate complex contracts with suppliers, focusing on price, terms, and conditions that benefit the company.
    • *Cost Optimization:* Analyze market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement initiatives to reduce procurement costs.
    • *Cross-Functional Collaboration:* Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams.

*Requirements:*

    • *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
    • *Experience:* 20+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in capital goods or manufacturing industry.
    • *Technical Knowledge:* Strong understanding of CNC machines, capital goods, and related components.
    • *Negotiation Skills:* Proven negotiation experience and skills, with ability to secure favorable terms and conditions.
    • *Leadership Skills:* Ability to lead and manage procurement teams, drive strategic initiatives, and influence stakeholders.

*Preferred Skills:*

    • *Industry Knowledge:* Familiarity with capital goods, machine tools, and CNC machine manufacturing.
    • *Procurement Software:* Experience with ERP systems, procurement software, and tools.
    • *Analytical Skills:* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive data-driven decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
