Position Overview:

As a Product Owner, you will be the key link between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the product vision aligns with business objectives. You'll lead scrums, prioritize backlogs, and guide the team toward delivering high-value features on time. Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
  • Plan and prioritize product development and feature backlogs.
  • Develop detailed product specifications and ensure clarity for all relevant teams.
  • Assess value, build business cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes aligned with product strategy.
  • Identify and mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.
  • Lead product release plans and set clear expectations for delivery timelines.
  • Act as a product ambassador internally and externally, answering queries and sharing product knowledge.

Required skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in product development, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong understanding of agile methodology and project management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to link features and functionalities to business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and stakeholder needs effectively.
