About the Data Specialist Role:

We are looking for a professional and energized Data Specialist to support the Miles IT Team If you love diving into data to find creative solutions and creating order from complexity, this may be a great opportunity for you You'll use your meticulous focus and dependable nature to ensure our data is accurate and our processes are efficient. You will be a supportive and reliable team member dedicated to building and documenting systems that help everyone succeed.

Striven ERP is our all-in-one business solution. It incorporates a suite of business tools- CRM, Accounting, Operations and Human Resources tools that work together to help small and mediums sized businesses grow, simplify and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Scrub and format data for imports - List and Financial data
  • Develop customized reports
  • Automate data-related tasks
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of spreadsheet-based processes
  • Document spreadsheet formulas and procedures so that customers can take over maintenance

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Prioritization and organization skills
  • Adaptability to process changes
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Associates Degree
  • Experience in business practices such as CRM, HR, Project Management, Accounting, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong understanding of spreadsheet formulas and functions
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
