Role & responsibilities:

A specialized direct sales vertical focused on catering to defense personnel (army, navy, air force, paramilitary) through a relationship- based model. It operates near defense establishments with products tailored to their financial needs. Field sales job and building relationship with the market and allowing business flow for the same. Direct channel works in a mode of directly connecting with the clients. majorly work revolve around customer meeting, client visits, partner visits. High end marketing specialized techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferably candidates or those with strong defence networks, who are field ready, relationship oriented and capable of engaging with disciplined, travelling and visiting customers on field on daily basis and touch base on natural market, capable of creating and maintaining a team of distributors who deals with majorly defence personnels preferred profile of Agency and Direct Marketing
