We are hiring an Assistant Manager for the Operations division to lead critical revenue-related processes. This role is focused on managing and enhancing the revenue booking process, overseeing audits, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with IRDAI standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance the revenue booking process, validate renewal entries, and perform regular checks.
  • Conduct audits on brokerage amounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance per IRDAI standards.
  • Create, verify, and issue RBS, coordinate with brokers and RMs for timely payments, and maintain pendency records.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Finance/Accounting or Postgraduate with any specialization.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance domain and reconciliation processes.
  • Technical expertise in MS Excel, including basic and advanced formulas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
