BuildOne by Maklab Innovations is Kerala's Startup School for AI, IoT, and Robotics — empowering students, innovators, and institutions through hands-on learning and startup-focused education.

We are looking for a Growth Catalyst — a passionate individual who can drive our outreach, events, and marketing initiatives, helping BuildOne connect with students and institutions across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing, outreach, and engagement campaigns.
• Coordinate BuildOne's workshops, innovation programs, and events.
• Manage social media and digital marketing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, schools, and partners.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities through creative initiatives.
• Support community building and brand promotion efforts.

Who Can Apply

• Graduates with MBA, MSW, or related fields (Marketing, Management, or Development Studies preferred).
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Passion for education, technology, and startup ecosystems.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
