Medical Superintendent

Key Responsibilities as follows:

1. Managing Overall Hospital Operations & Administration.

2. Supervising Clinical Services.

3. Empanelment Management.

4. Claims Processing Oversight in respect of TPA & Panel Patients.

5. Relationship Building with the key TPAs, Insurance companies, healthcare provider panels.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting on TPA & Panel desk performance, claim volumes, and revenue generated from insured & empaneled patients for hospital management.

7. Implementing and monitoring quality assurance programs.

8. Staffing and Training.

9. Supervising medical record maintenance and pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and medication management.

10. Financial Management: Developing and recommending budgets, managing expenses, and ensuring the financial viability of the hospital.

11. Patient Care: Overseeing patient care, including consultations, investigations, and treatment plans, and addressing patient and family concerns.

12. Strategic Planning: Participating in strategic planning and decision-making for the hospital, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

13. Ethical Considerations: Ensuring ethical practices in patient care and research, and collaborating with the ethics committee.

14. Emergency Support: Overseeing emergency services, ensuring adequate resources and staff to handle emergencies effectively.

15. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications: MBBS.

Salary Range: INR 60,000 - INR 100,000 a month.

Note: Preference shall be given to the candidate with MHA qualification along with MBBS degree & having experience in multi-speciality hospital.
