Lead the overall technical architecture and solution design for Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers to align technical solutions with business needs.

Provide technical expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, BIP Reports, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ADF, VBCS, and REST/SOAP Web Services.

Design and implement customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports (CEMLI) for Fusion Procurement.

Oversee end-to-end integration with third-party applications (ERP, finance, HR, supply chain).

Define security, roles, and workflow configurations aligned with Procurement processes.

Ensure adherence to Oracle Fusion best practices, performance optimization, and data migration strategies.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support.

Stay updated with new Oracle Fusion releases, features, and procurement enhancements.

12+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in Oracle Fusion/Cloud.

Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Sourcing, Purchasing, iProcurement, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts).

In-depth experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, BI Publisher, ADF, VBCS, and PaaS extensions.

Expertise in designing and implementing RICEW (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).

Strong understanding of Fusion Procurement data model, security, and workflow configurations.

Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing client interactions.

Knowledge of Oracle PaaS and SaaS coexistence architecture.

Good understanding of Procurement business processes and industry best practices
