Role & responsibilities -

  1. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, application security, source code review, threat modelling to identify weaknesses in systems, applications, APIs and network infrastructure.

  2. Conduct secure configuration review via tools to identify weakness at configuration level in respective systems based on CIS /NIST framework.

  3. Responsible for scheduling, conducting and closure of the BAS and Red team exercise.

  4. Shall have basic understanding of WAF solution.

  5. Manage and monitor various threat monitoring platforms, identify new vulnerability if any and shall manage closure of the same.

  6. Analyse findings and prioritize remediation efforts.

  7. Develop, implement, and maintain procedures related to vulnerability management by evaluating various emerging threats in cyber security ecosystem.

  8. Collaboration with various stakeholders to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle and operational processes.

  9. Handling the internal, external, regulatory and compliance audit requirement

  10. Development and delivery of security training and awareness programs for employees.

  11. Preparation of reports on vulnerability management activities, including assessment results and remediation status and review by providing analytical and strategic insights to enhance decision-making.

  12. Prepare management dashboard.

Qualification

  • Graduate of any recognized University with relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
  • Technical qualification/certification in  computer science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field will be preferred.

Required skills -

Understanding of vulnerability management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

  • Problem-solving ability and vendor management skills.
  • Project and vendor management skills .
  • Writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizing skills for conduct of information security awareness and training programmes.
  • Understanding of vulnerability management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
