Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to promote personal loan products through telephonic and digital channels. This is a desk-based role — no field visits or client meetings required. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, emails, or CRM systems.
- Understand customer needs and explain personal loan products.
- Assess eligibility based on basic inputs and pitch suitable loan options.
- Follow up on leads generated through online campaigns, referrals, or inbound inquiries.
- Guide customers through the documentation process digitally.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and productivity metrics.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or financial product sales.
- Good communication skills in [English + Local Language].
- Basic understanding of personal loan products is a plus.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident on phone calls.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM tools.
- Graduation preferred (but not mandatory for strong candidates).
