prime redevelopment projects

Your Role
Lead design concepts, feasibility studies & architectural drawings.
Coordinate with authorities (NMMC, MCGM, CIDCO, SRA, etc.) for approvals.
Drive submissions for CC, OC & related clearances.
Collaborate with structural, legal & PMC teams.
Present architectural solutions during society/client interactions.
Who You Are
B.Arch / M.Arch with
7+ years of experience
in design and/or liaisoning.
Strong knowledge of
DCPR 2034 / UDCPR 2020
.
Proven track record in design + authority approvals.
Great communicator, independent worker, and result-driven.
