1. Financial Reporting:
Overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing the accounting team, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.Ensure compliance (direct & indirect taxes) with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Present financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.Monitor budget performance and make adjustments as necessary.Prepare financial forecasts to support decision-making.3. Financial Management:
Review day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.4. Tax Compliance:
Review the GST, TDS & Tax compliances and returns with statutes.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.5. Cash Management:
Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations.6. Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.7. Financial Strategy:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals.Assess the financial feasibility of new projects and initiatives.8. Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.9. Vendor and Stakeholder Relations:
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, vendors and customers. Experience : Years
