Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Inside Sales Team Leader to manage our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling inside sales operations, customer care processes, and team management within the BPO industry.

  • Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day activities and performance of the Inside Sales team.
  • Motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve individual and organizational sales targets.
  • Ensure effective control over attrition and shrinkage within the team.
  • Conduct performance reviews regularly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement timelines and strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team productivity and product knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to BPO processes, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction in both sales and service interactions.
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong understanding of BPO operations and inside sales processes.
  • Proven ability in team handling, motivation, and performance management.
  • Skilled in managing attrition, shrinkage, and team productivity.
  • Experience in both sales and customer care projects.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on achieving results.
