We're Hiring: Technical & Derivative Analyst (F&O Specialist)

Are you passionate about decoding markets through Technical Charting and deep F&O data analysis? We're looking for a skilled Technical & Derivative Analyst to join our growing research team and contribute high-quality, actionable insights.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Role: Technical & Derivative Analyst – Equity & F&O Research

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will play as Derivatives (F&O) research while supporting it with strong Technical Analysis. You'll be responsible for identifying high-probability trading opportunities, interpreting derivatives patterns, analyzing option chain data, and presenting well-structured research reports for clients, traders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth F&O analysis—option chain study, open interest shifts, volatility trends, PCR, and futures data to generate actionable ideas.

Develop, backtest, and refine derivative trading strategies (directional, spreads, hedging, volatility-based setups).

Perform technical analysis using charting tools, indicators, price patterns, and trend studies to complement derivative signals.

Prepare daily & weekly market outlooks, derivative reports, and technical updates.

Present research insights clearly through written reports, presentations, and discussions with clients & internal teams.

Track global market developments, event-driven volatility, and sector-level movements impacting both equities and derivatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in F&O analysis and technical research

Strong understanding of option pricing, Greeks, volatility, and strategy building

Ability to interpret option chain, OI data, buildup trends, IV/price correlations

Solid knowledge of technical indicators, chart patterns & market structure

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Certifications like NISM Derivatives, CMT, or relevant technical certifications are a plus

Comfortable using charting platforms & data analysis tools
