Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainer to join our AITINKR Academy. AITinkr is a leader in setting up AILabs in Schools, offering Robotics, AI/ML, IoT and 3D printing courses. The trainer will be trained on these advanced technologies and pedagogy. The trainer is expected to manage the lab, deliver courses, conduct engaging experiments, activity-based AI and Robotics sessions in schools and help students explore emerging technologies in a fun and practical way.

Responsibilities:


•⁠ ⁠Report to school on daily basis as per the school's schedule.


•⁠ ⁠Conduct Robotics and STEM sessions in AITINKR partner schools.


•⁠ ⁠Engage students through interactive teaching and hands-on experiments.


•⁠ ⁠Conduct assessment, evaluate students and generate performance reports.


•⁠ ⁠Conduct periodical events, competitions and challenges with the support of HQ


•⁠ ⁠Maintain and manage AI Lab kits and equipment as per the inventory.


•⁠ ⁠Support students in projects, competitions, and exhibitions.


•⁠ ⁠Attend AITINKR internal training and implement the curriculum effectively.

Requirements:


•⁠ ⁠B.Sc.(Electronics) or a Diploma in Electronics.


•⁠ ⁠Minimum 1+ year experience in teaching/training (STEM/Robotics preferred).


•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and student engagement skills.


•⁠ ⁠Passion for teaching and working with students.


•⁠ ⁠Willingness to learn and advance technical skills
