Job Description of Team Lead

  • Must have knowledge in JAVA, Spring, Spring boot, JPA/Hibernate, Angular, My SQL/PostgreSQL
  • The person will be responsible for key role in the design, development.
  • The person will be responsible for studying and analyzing the product functionality and features requirements, developing the most suitable, highly configurable, scalable and manageable product functions and design.
  • Person will also be recommending the future –technological improvements for the entire suite of product wherever applicable.
  • Perform code review, propagating best programming practices.
  • This role requires the person to work closely with the clients at all stages of the products design and development, demonstrating the proof of concept and prototypes at all stages, taking customer sign offs and delivering a product which is highly suitable for the customer requirements, while also being very well architected and designed for flexibility, scalability, maintainability etc.
  • This role will also be responsible for developing and grooming the young developers.
  • The role requires ability to provide in-office and on-call support for technical issues.
  • Provide Technical training.
  • Provide regular feedback on product and process improvements.
  • The role also requires travelling to client site to study the requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹650, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
