Job Overview

The Release Manager CCAI position at iAgami Technologies is a full-time, remote role based in Bengaluru. This mid-level position requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the release processes and coordinating across multiple disciplines to ensure timely and efficient release of applications and solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Release Planning & Coordination:

  • Lead and coordinate all release activities, including planning, scheduling, execution, and post-release verification.
  • Develop and maintain release plans, timelines, and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient releases.
  • Manage release dependencies and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels regarding release progress, issues, and status updates.
  • CI/CD & DevOps Management:
  • Champion and drive continuous improvement within our CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Automate release processes wherever possible to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Implement and maintain robust release management tools and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze release performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our DevOps culture.
  • GCP & Dialogflow Expertise:
  • Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services effectively to support release activities.
  • Integrate Dialogflow into release processes where applicable, ensuring seamless deployment and management of conversational AI solutions.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and guide junior release managers.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in release management, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release automation tools.
  • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  • Experience with Dialogflow or other conversational AI platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
