Ensure that the manufactured products meet the set standards of quality, reliability and performance

 Responsible for maintaining quality control processes

 Verify all processes are conforming to established quality standards & required customer specifications.

 Setting & Implementing internal/external quality requirements to ensure company products meet customer expectations

 Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments & vendors

 Document & Implement inspection criteria and procedures

 Develop in-house quality policies, procedures and specifications

 Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues & develop a solution

 Using CAPA, Why analysis & 7QC tools for improving product quality

 Taking feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met

 Conduct internal & external quality audits to make sure set quality policies & procedures are being adhered to

 Preparing monthly Quality MIS to apprise the top management

 Coordinating with Stores, Purchase, Production, Sales & Service teams for smooth workflow

 Assisting the Purchase dept. in new vendor development from quality point of view

 Conducting Yearly vendor evaluation along with purchase & rating system to measure vendor performance

 Coordinate with R&D for smooth handover of project

 Escalating unresolved issues of the dept. to the factory manager

 Reviewing the Perform Evaluation System for the staff (Weekly, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly, Annually.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
