Descriptif mission
Education : Mechanical Experience : 2 to 4 Years Location : Bengaluru Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electro-mechanical panels and subsystems with a focus on sheet metal components. Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation adhering to industry standards. Collaborate and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure design feasibility and resolve issues. Ensure designs comply with manufacturing capabilities and standards by applying Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. Create general assembly layouts and component placements, keeping ergonomics and aesthetics in mind. Manage multiple tasks and complete assignments within defined timelines. ________________________________________ Mandatory Skills : 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design. Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal Design, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D mechanical modeling) and AutoCAD. Good understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints. Ability to create ergonomic and aesthetic assembly layouts. ________________________________________ Desired Skills: Knowledge of Design for Assembly (DFA). Experience with product design lifecycle. Skills in cable routing using 3D modeling tools.
