Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive IT Project Manager to manage both in-house projects and collaborations with external partners and vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT requests, budget management, and contract renewals, ensuring the smooth operation of IT processes and support. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with various teams to achieve project goals.
Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory) - Project Management: Proven experience managing projects, both in-house and with external vendors. - Budget Management: Ability to prepare and manage the yearly IT budget. - Task Assignment: Experience in assigning tasks to team members and monitoring their progress. - RFP Preparation: Competence in preparing and reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs). - IT Support Management: Familiarity with managing IT support, contracts, and license renewals. - Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of applications such as MS Teams, Manage Engine, Zoom, and Oracle HRMS. - End User Support: Experience in supporting end users with issues related to email, Active Directory, PC, and VPN
- Applications to be managed (at Admin Level) – MS Team, Manage Engine, Zoom, Etisalat Message Manager, ANPR system, Access Control System, Website CMS, Employee ID Card Application, Adobe Cloud
Good to Have Skillsets (Optional) - Audit Preparation: Experience preparing teams for IT audits. - Vendor Management: Familiarity with procurement processes and managing relationships with suppliers, including Etisalat. - Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and present reports as needed. - Cross-functional Coordination: Skills in coordinating with procurement and IT teams.
Qualifications and Experience - Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or a related role. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Location: Sharjah, UAE. - Gender Preference: Female candidates only.
