  • Graduation in any stream (Preferred UG/PG in English)

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word.
  • Willing to work with content in multiple mediums.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges
  • Passion for technology and an ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools and version control systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of Product Documentation Material like User Manual, Quick Reference Guide, Installation Guide, and other guides.
  • Creation of Product item Workflows, Diagrams, and Charts
  • Creation of How To's and Knowledge Base Articles for Support.
  • Creation of content for Company News and Testimonials.


• Create content for various Product Presentations before launch.


• Should know Adobe RoboHelp to create Product web help and HTML help for all new/existing products.
