Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer located in Indore. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for machining operations, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precise milling processes. Daily tasks include programming, setting up and operating CNC machines, testing programs to ensure accuracy, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.

Qualifications

  • CNC Programming and general Programming skills
  • Proficiency in Technical Drawing and interpreting blueprints
  • Machining and Milling skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with various CNC machine tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
