Role Overview
We're seeking a Sustainability Sales Intern to help expand our sustainability-focused business — particularly in carbon credits, climate tech, and ESG-driven services. The role combines sustainability knowledge with strategic B2B sales learning, offering a pathway to grow into a client-facing sustainability sales professional.
Location: Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months PPO Opportunity: High-performing interns will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) before the 12-month mark, leading to a full-time role with competitive compensation.
What You'll Do
Conduct market research in carbon markets, ESG, and sustainability-driven sectors.
Identify potential clients seeking carbon management and green certification support.
Assist in preparing proposals, sustainability pitches, and outreach material.
Join client calls to understand sustainability goals and help map relevant solutions.
Support CRM updates, data tracking, and sales documentation.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to promote Fusionpact's sustainability services.
Who We're Looking For
Students or recent graduates from Environmental Science, Business, or Sustainability Management backgrounds.
Passion for sustainability, green technology, and corporate responsibility.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to research emerging sustainability trends.
Bonus: Awareness of carbon credits, ESG standards, and sustainability tools.
