RETAS ENVIRO SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. is a Govt. of India recognized start-up working in the field of Modular Rainwater Harvesting and freshwater management systems. We work in the form of EPC agreement with our clients providing them with the best customized solution to help them efficiently channelize their water requirements. Incorporated in September 2017, RETAS has successfully established itself as pioneers of freshwater management in India.

Job Title: Design Engineer

Industry: Construction and Engineering, Plumbing & Pipes, Drainage, MEP.

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Responsibility:

  • Prepare Rainwater Harvesting and Stormwater Management construction drawings with accuracy and detail.
  • Assist the sales team in understanding drawings, stormwater drainage plans, and technical details.
  • Prepare BOQs and techno-commercial proposals for client submission.
  • Interact with architects, consultants, and end clients to understand requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
  • Work on designing and customizing stormwater harvesting systems as per project needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and technically sound deliverables.

Qualification:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in designing.

Skills & Other Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting & design).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for calculations and BOQ preparation.
  • Familiarity with MS Word and project documentation.
  • Good understanding of construction/site workflows.
