Job Title: Video Editor & Content Creator (with Shooting Skills)

About the Role

We're looking for a 
Video Editor who's also a creator at heart
 – someone who doesn't just edit but knows how to 
make content pop
. If your world revolves around transitions, trending hooks, cinematic shots, and you secretly judge Instagram reels based on their B-roll – then you might just be the one we're hunting for.

What You'll Do

  • Edit 
    content creator-style videos
    : vlogs, reels, product showcases, cinematic edits, and podcast clips.
  • Manage 
    A-roll + B-roll
     storytelling with a smooth narrative flow.
  • Shoot videos – from 
    iPhone content
     to 
    camera-based cinematic shots
     (yes, you must know both).
  • Identify and add the right 
    hooks
     that make content viral on social media.
  • Create 
    brand-driven edits
     that balance aesthetics with relatability.
  • Stay on top of 
    current social media trends
     (you should basically 
    live on Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts
    ).
  • Handle 
    podcast edits
     and convert them into engaging short-form snippets.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who has worked with 
    content creators
     OR is a 
    social media geek
     obsessed with what works online.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    editing tools
     (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
  • Proven ability to 
    shoot and edit
     – if you can't shoot seamless videos on an iPhone, this isn't for you.
  • Creative storytelling skills – not just cutting clips, but building emotions.
  • A portfolio that screams 
    "I know how to keep people hooked."

Nice to Have

  • Experience in 
    product-based content
     (beauty, lifestyle, D2C brands).
  • Eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Passion for 
    wellness, fragrances, or lifestyle content
     (bonus if you've made content around it).
