Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 20-25 years of experience who has led large-scale, multi-site projects of CCTV Systems with end-to-end responsibility for planning, design, execution, commissioning, and monitoring. The role involves managing complex operations, multi-layered teams, and vendors across hundreds of locations, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, design, execution, commissioning, and monitoring of a large-scale, multi-site project (CCTV Systems).
  • Build, manage, and coordinate a multi-layered team while overseeing vendor activities and operations across multiple locations for the CCTV Works.
  • Supervise technical requirements, equipment deployment, and ensure structured and efficient project delivery.
  • Drive process excellence, quality assurance, compliance, and timely achievement of project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead and manage multi-layered teams, coordinate vendors, and drive
  • operational excellence across multiple locations.
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with hands-on project
  • execution experience.
  • Hands-on experience with project audits, compliance, and quality assurance process.
  • Travel: Should be comfortable in travelling as per requirement.
  • Qualification: Graduate in Engineering/Management, MBA (operations) preferred.

Industry Preference: Large-Scale CCTV installation and commissioning Projects / Assessment & Examination Sector/Testing service domain/ Examination Operations & Management Industry.
