Job Title: Draughtsman

Location: Powai, Mumbai

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and basic computer applications with prior experience in residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare architectural and interior working drawings, municipal drawings, RERA drawings, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate via email with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Conduct site visits for measurements and dimensions as required.
  • Present and explain drawings effectively.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
  • Prior experience in handling both residential and commercial projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
  • Willingness to travel for site measurements when needed.
