About the Role
:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can craft engaging narratives, drive audience interaction, and grow our digital presence. This role requires someone with strong storytelling skills, creative thinking, and hands-on experience in managing brand pages on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

The candidate will focus on writing compelling captions, developing fresh concepts, and executing campaigns that resonate with our audience while achieving measurable growth in followers and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Write creative and audience-focused captions that drive interaction and conversations.
  • Develop concepts for campaigns, reels, and posts aligned with brand voice.
  • Track trends, hashtags, and formats to keep content fresh and relatable.
  • Coordinate with the design and video teams for creative execution.
  • Monitor analytics and share performance insights to optimise strategies.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community trust.

Engagement: Ensure high interaction through creative captions, ideas, and execution.

Follower Growth: Drive consistent growth in followers across social media platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Month-on-month increase in follower count.
  • Achieve a strong average engagement rate on every post (likes, comments, shares, saves).
  • Deliver consistency in post frequency and quality.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write short, impactful, and engaging content.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple pages and deliver timely campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of trending formats (reels, shorts, memes, interactive posts).
