Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Ecommerce Executive to join our team in Mansarovar, Jaipur. This is a full-time, work-from-office role where you will play a key part in expanding our online presence and driving sales through major e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings for furniture and home furnishing items on platforms such as Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, and other relevant portals to ensure high visibility and appeal.
• Generate sales through effective strategies, including monitoring listings, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing promotions or SEO optimizations.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory management, and smooth delivery processes.
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on e-commerce platforms to maintain excellent service standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Track and report on sales data, platform analytics, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align online strategies with overall business goals, including content creation for product descriptions and images.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor activities to enhance our listings and sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, product listing, and sales generation.
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho, including listing tools, inventory management, and advertising features.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics or platform dashboards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, PPC).
• Strong communication and coordination skills for team collaboration and customer interactions.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar e-commerce role, preferably in the furniture, home decor, or retail sector.

Location and Work Details

• Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
• Work Type: Full-time, work from office
• Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, with flexibility as needed)
