Job Description
ROLE :

  • Seeking a Specialist with 7+ to 10 years of experience in Java Full stack development proficient in Angular and Java to design develop and maintain high quality software solutions.
  • Develop and enhance client facing and internal applications using Angular and Java technologies.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis design development testing deployment and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver scalable and performant software solutions.
  • Apply best practices in code quality testing and documentation to ensure maintainability and reliability.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Java Fullstack development to continuously improve solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions and provide insights on architecture and implementation strategies.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Design, develops and maintain complex software systems using Angular and Java frameworks.
  • Execute comprehensive code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Estimate and plan technical efforts for Agile sprint stories and deliverables.
  • Implement performance optimization techniques to improve application responsiveness and scalability.
  • Serve as a key technical resource and mentor for team members providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead by example promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Participate in evaluating new tools frameworks and technologies to enhance development efficiency.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and contribute to process improvement
