SAP Ariba Specialist

Job Role: SAP Ariba Specialist Job Type: Fulltime (8 hours) , Part-time (3-4 hours) Contract to hire role with the duration of 5-6 months which is also extendable. 
 Job Description:  SAP Ariba Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba Specialist to join our dynamic team. The SAP Ariba Specialist will be responsible for the efficient utilization and management of SAP's spend management platform, including Procurement, Sourcing & Contracts, Supplier Management, and Invoice and Payment Management functionalities. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Ariba and be proficient in leveraging the platform to optimize procurement processes and enhance supplier relationships. 
Key Responsibilities:   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective solutions using SAP Ariba's spend management platform.   Configure, customize, and maintain SAP Ariba modules, including Procurement, Sourcing & Contracts, Supplier Management, and Invoice and Payment Management, to meet specific business needs.   Implement best practices and industry standards to streamline procurement processes and improve overall efficiency.   Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP Ariba and its integration with other systems.   Conduct user training sessions to onboard new users and provide ongoing support and guidance to the existing user base.   Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to establish smooth data exchange processes and enhance supplier management capabilities.   Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary enhancements to optimize SAP Ariba's functionality.   Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Ariba features, updates, and advancements, and recommend relevant improvements to the organization.   Ensure data integrity and security by implementing proper access controls and data protection measures.   Support procurement-related projects and initiatives by providing technical expertise and insights.   Proactively identify and address potential issues, risks, and roadblocks related to SAP Ariba implementation and usage.   Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes through the analysis of data and the implementation of data-driven strategies. 

Required Qualifications:   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.   Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, including Procurement, Sourcing & Contracts, Supplier Management, and Invoice and Payment Management modules.   Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management concepts.   Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP Ariba to align with business requirements.   Familiarity with integration between SAP Ariba and other ERP or financial systems.   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.  Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.   Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.   A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices. Preferred Qualifications:   SAP Ariba certification is a plus.  Experience in implementing SAP Ariba in a global or multi-location environment.   Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance standards.
