Job Description:

Project Planning and Management:

  • Developing Project Plans:
    Creating detailed plans outlining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. 


  • Budget Management:
    Tracking expenses, managing costs, and ensuring projects stay within budget. 


  • Scheduling:
    Establishing and managing project timelines, including milestones and deadlines. 


  • Resource Allocation:
    Determining and assigning resources (personnel, materials, etc.) to various project tasks. 


  • Risk Management:
    Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. 



Client and Team Communication:

  • Client Communication:
    Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction. 


  • Team Collaboration:
    Working closely with interior designers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. 


  • Presentations and Reporting:
    Preparing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders, as well as generating progress reports. 



Design and Construction Oversight:
  • Design Review: Reviewing design plans and ensuring they align with project requirements and client expectations. 
     
  • Construction Management: Overseeing construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. 
     
  • Material Selection and Procurement: Assisting with the selection of materials, furniture, and fixtures. 
     
  • Subcontractor Management: Managing and coordinating the work of subcontractors. 
     


Other Responsibilities:
  • Permitting and Approvals: Assisting with the acquisition of necessary permits and approvals. 
     
  • Quality Control: Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards. 
     
  • Documentation: Managing project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
