Job Description : We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Telecallers with excellent communication and convincing skills. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telesales, counseling, or customer engagement and be able to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads and explain Codegnan's training programs.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about courses, batches, and schedules.
  • Counsel students and professionals to choose the right training programs.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Achieve daily calling and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and counseling team to ensure smooth admissions process.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential students and parents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive / Academic Counselor.
  • Strong communication skills (English, Telugu/Hindi preferred).
  • Ability to explain training programs clearly and persuasively.
  • Should be target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, MS Excel, CRM tools, and calling software.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
