Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will handle telemarketing activities, manage data sorting and entry, assist in invoice generation, and provide operational support to the sales and service teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients and maintain follow-up records.
  • Generate and maintain invoices, quotations, and customer billing details accurately.
  • Perform data entry, sorting, and report preparation using Excel or company CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track and update customer interactions, leads, and payment follow-ups.
  • Manage customer service requests and escalate support issues to the concerned department.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in preparation of MIS reports and daily/weekly updates to management.
