Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CS Trainee located in Jaipur. The CS Trainee will be responsible for assisting in compliance matters, preparing and maintaining statutory books, and handling filings and correspondence with regulatory authorities. The trainee will also assist in drafting meeting agendas and minutes, conducting legal and regulatory research and supporting the senior team in various company secretarial functions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
