Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Analyst at Earn Analytics. The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. Day-to-day tasks will include data mining, cleaning data to remove errors, identifying patterns and trends in data sets, and preparing reports that effectively communicate findings. The Analyst will also support data-driven decision-making by interpreting complex data and using various analysis tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Data Analysis, Data Mining, and Statistical Analysis
  • Proficiency with data modeling and visualization tools (such as Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI)
  • Strong ability to clean and prepare data for analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Practical knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in the analytics industry is a plus
