Join Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a pioneering subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, where innovation meets impact. We are seeking a Redwood RunMyJobs Administrator to be an integral part of our high-energy, collaborative team, driving the future of automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RunMyJobs Expertise:
  • Design, configure, and manage RMJ scheduling and automation workflows.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize Redwood objects including process definitions, calendars, events, jobs, and scripts.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve RMJ job failures with precision and speed.

  • Operations & Delivery:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the RMJ environment, ensuring high availability and strict adherence to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement automation best practices.

  • Ensure effective monitoring, alerting, and proactive incident management for Redwood workloads.

  • Migration & Transformation:

  • Support the migration of legacy workloads (such as UC4/Automic, TWS) to RMJ.

  • Work closely with architects and consultants to build next-generation automation platforms.

  • Governance & Standards:

  • Ensure compliance with Bosch security, audit, and quality standards.
  • Document processes, playbooks, and knowledge artifacts for reuse and training purposes.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Advanced Redwood RunMyJobs certifications (preferred).

Additional Information

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of IT experience with at least 2+ years dedicated to Redwood RunMyJobs.
  • Strong knowledge of Redwood job scheduling, scripting, and monitoring.
  • Hands-on expertise in automation design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Exposure to migrations from UC4, Control-M, or other schedulers (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix, Windows servers, and scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
