Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Power BI / Tableau Developer with 2–3 years of experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining interactive reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of business requirements, and the ability to convert data into meaningful insights through effective visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Customize reports and dashboards based on user requirements and business needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements from various departments.
  • Connect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.).
  • Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
  • Implement security and access control for reports and datasets.
  • Collaborate with business teams to improve visualization and user experience.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of existing dashboards.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modelling.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
  • Familiar with report customization and publishing dashboards to users.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
